Experiential Learning

The participants to our programmes go through a series of learning cycles before, during and after the programme. The objective is to put them in a learning mode based on practice, reflection and conscious adaptation in order to change their way of approaching management issues

Active experiential learning focuses on practice. This includes practical exercises where participants experience scenarios of real-life case where they have to handle management situations.

Our learning programmes usually include a pre-programme and a post-programme component to guarantee maximum preparation and on-the-job practice. We also include participant’s assessments prior to the programme and at the end of the full learning cycle to measure progress.

Our typical experiential learning techniques include the following:

  • Business simulations
  • Role plays
  • Simulation games
  • Case studies
  • Group exercises
  • Individual or group projects
  • Experience sharing
  • Peer support
  • Blended learning that includes on-the-job activities.

Experiential learning will enable the necessary reflection and behavior change of the participants.
