Laurent Jaquenoud, Partner
Laurent Jaquenoud brings over 20 years experience in various management positions with executive HR responsibilities. He worked 10 years with the Tetra Pak Group where he developed strong HR strategic and operational experience as well as leadership, change & project management skills. He was a key contributor to the top HR Management in the definition and the implementation of HR sub-strategies such as Competence Development, Performance Management. He was head of HR Information Systems and selected the group e-HR solution. He was then Tetra Pak HR Director for the south-east Asia region (8 countries, 1500 employees) based in Bangkok/Thailand, where he implemented all HRM related strategies, policies and processes in the region. This encompassed competencies development processes, performance management, compensation management, mobility, staffing and post classification. In addition, he led the regional employee engagement survey and the response to the survey outcomes.
He founded OPTIMIS in 2004, a company specialized in organization development and behaviour, leadership development and sourcing activities. He is consultant-facilitator-coach and his expertise lies in Organisation Development, HR strategies formulation and execution and leadership coaching.
Laurent holds an MS degree from the Swiss Polytechnic School of Lausanne (EPFL, Switzerland) and is also holds an MBA from HEC University of Lausanne. He consults private and public sector organisations, coaches line and HR managers about people management issues. He publishes articles in various specialized magazines (HR Strategic Review, HRToday,…) and teaches Human Capital Mgt practices in management institutions in Switzerland. He is Board or Advisory Board member of Optimis Sàrl and other companies.
