Organisational Capabilities

 

Ensuring all Talent Management activities are underpinned by a Capability Framework is key to supporting organisational success. We develop Capability frameworks that are directly linked to the organisational strategic priorities. We support you in integrating this framework into other strategy definitions and provide communication packages to support its implementation. The core organisational capabilities may then be broken down into compentencies to align all employees to the capabilities through competency development and performance management processes.

Workforce Competencies

 

We design Competency Frameworks based on the organisational capabilities or the strategic priorities. From values to functional/technical competencies, we develop competency frameworks including behavioural indicators that represent what is expected from the workforce.
